The 'Dualdesk' remote support software allows one of our Cube technicians to connect remotely to your computer.
You will still have control of your computer and be able to view everything we do. To terminate the session, simply click the 'Dualdesk Icon' 
in the notification area of your taskbar (see illustration below).
